"Works fine, but it’s kinda slow"
The site is okay overall, like it does what it’s supposed to do, but it feels slow at times. Some parts could be a bit more straightforward too. Not terrible, just could be easier to use.

"I really wanted to feel comfortable using this..."
I really wanted to feel comfortable using this site, but something about it just didn’t make me feel safe. I ended up feeling disappointed because I was hoping to trust the brand, but I just couldn’t get there.

Everything in my order was correct, which was a relief. I’ll admit I was ready to blame the store if something was missing, but nope, all the items were there and matched what I ordered.

"Shipping took way too long"
So... I ordered from vitastrong.it and the products themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping was much slower than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I was just kind of waiting around with no idea what was going on. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating if you’re hoping to get your order quickly.

"Packaging made a simple order frustrating"
The order showed up on time, so that part was fine. But the box was crushed and one of the lids had come loose. It feels like such a simple thing to pack properly, but somehow it became a hassle. I expected better.

I returned my order and expected the refund to come through within a reasonable amount of time, but I’m still waiting. To me, that makes the whole process feel a bit frustrating and less reliable than I’d hoped.

"Feels overpriced for what you get"
I expected a lot more for the price. It felt like I paid extra just to end up thinking, why is this so complicated? For what it is, it really doesn’t feel worth the money.

"Got help quickly"
I had a quick question about my order and, they got back to me faster than I expected. They sorted it out without much back and forth. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall the service was good and I appreciated the quick help.

It did help a bit, so I can’t say it doesn’t work. For lighter use or if you’re not expecting a huge boost, it might be fine. But in my case, I was hoping for something stronger and faster, so it was a little underwhelming...

"Pretty good taste, texture is sorta okay"
I tried the vitastrong.it protein the taste was good. It’s not too sweet, which I liked. The texture is mostly smooth, but it can get sorta grainy if I don’t shake it really well. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t say it’s perfect.

"Product details could be a lot clearer"
I was trying to figure out what I was actually buying, but the product info just wasn’t clear enough. Some details seemed missing, and I kept having to guess — well, not guess exactly, but fill in way too many blanks myself. It made it hard to compare with other options or feel confident before ordering.

"It’s alright, but I guess I expected more"
The ingredients seem okay and the quality looks fine, but it didn’t feel like anything special to me. Maybe I was just hoping for something better and ended up a little disappointed like usual.
